Admission Notice

  • New Admissions are as a rule subjected to a test.
  • For an admission to be finalized pupils coming from a recognized school should produce a Transfer Certificate (Leaving) from the last school they have attended. In case of students coming from outside Maharashtra the transfer certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer /Inspector of the state from which the student is hailing.

  • A Calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student. Such a notice should be given in writing by the parents / guardian responsible for the student and not by the student herself / himself, and in the form attached to the end of the hand book. The Transfer Certificate (Leaving) will be issued 3 days after the receipt of the application and only if all dues of fee have been paid and during office hours only.
  • For an admission to be finalized in the K. G. or Preparatory the Original Birth Certificate along with the photo copy must be produced. This Certificate should be from the Municipal Corporation.
  • No Certificate of any kind will be given without a written application from the Parent / Guardian. This application should be handed over in the School Office at least 3 days before the date on which the certificate is required.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct, injurious to the moral tone of the School are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student. The decision of the Headmistress shall be final in this matter.
  • All parents are requested to clear the fees o the due date of every installment i. e. 15th August, 15the December and 15th March.

ONLINE ADMISSIONS FOR JUNIOR K. G. FOR  THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025

The online application portal for Junior K.G. admission for the  ‘ Academic Year 2024-2025 ‘ will open from   1st March 2024  to 25th  March 2024.

Age criteria  :   Children born between 1st October 2019  to 31st December 2020  (both days inclusive)

NOTE THAT AFTER THE PORTAL CLOSES THE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE VALID, KINDLY APPLY IN THE ADMISSION TIME FRAME GIVEN ABOVE.

After  filling  in the online form and submitting it you will be kept informed via SMS.

If  you are called for document verification via SMS, instructions are as below :

  1. Both parents must accompany the child for submission and verification of the printed form as well as all the supporting documents.
  2. Parents must bring the original documents as well as a copy of the following at the time of document verification:
  3. Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35mm)
  4. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH only.  Official translation proof required if  it is not in English.
    1. Proof of Residence
    2. Adhar Card of father / Child
    3. Baptism certificate of the child – in case of Christians only
    4. Parents’ academic qualification certificates
    5. Caste Certificate of Father  /  (in the Child’s name)  –  optional
    6. Medical Certificate – only for disabled persons

Note :  Please DO NOT  disturb the  school authorities during the entire application process.  Limited seats  are  available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.
